• • Eligibility: This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Artisan employees, their immediate family members, and anyone directly connected to the competition are not eligible to enter.
  • Entry Requirements:
    • Follow Artisan on Instagram.
    • Tag a friend in the comments section of the competition post.
    • Both participants must follow Artisan to qualify.
    • Each entry closes at the following day, when the next gift is announced.
  • Prizes:
    • Daily prizes are specified in the competition posts for each of the 12 days. Each winner will receive the specific prize outlined for the day they entered.
    • Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, unless stated otherwise.
    • Some prizes may require recipients to visit an Artisan clinic to redeem or collect their prize.
  • Winner Selection:
    • Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and will be notified within 48 hours of each day’s entry closure.
    • Artisan will announce winners via Instagram Direct Message and in the comments section of each prize post.
    • Winners must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize, or another winner will be selected.
  • Gift Cards:
    • Gift cards included in any prize (such as the $500 gift card and Glow Bundle friend vouchers) are not redeemable for cash.
    • Gift cards expire February 28, 2025.
    • Gift cards can be redeemed on treatments only.
  • Prize Fulfillment:
    • Prizes such as treatments may require advance bookings and are subject to clinic availability.
    • Winners are responsible for following any aftercare instructions related to their treatment.
    • Winners are required to complete a skin analysis prior to treatment and must be deemed suitable.
  • Liability:
    • Artisan is not responsible for any technical issues or incomplete entries.
    • By entering, participants agree that Artisan has no liability for injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or acceptance of a prize.
  • Modification & Termination:
    • Artisan reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition if necessary, including in response to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Acceptance:
    • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and Artisan’s decisions, which are final and binding.
