You can return unused and unopened items purchased from Artisan within 30 days of purchase, as long as you have your receipt or proof of purchase and the goods are in a resell-able condition.
Our policy does not exclude or replace any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or otherwise as required by law.

ARTISAN SHIPPING POLICY
