Swelling, peeling, redness and occasional blisters are associated with this procedure and are all normal post treatment responses.
Whilst the incidence of scarring or skin pigmentation blemishes is extremely low, there are no guarantees as to how your skin may react. In some cases, scarring may be present from the original tattooing process that becomes more visible once the ink is cleared.
