Our clinics offer a wide range of holistic skin treatments, each to suit various skin conditions and address the signs of ageing that we all experience. Our passion is helping you achieve your skin goals now and into the future, because after all, our skin is with us for life and there is nothing better than natural looking, healthy, vibrant skin. We will do our very best to ensure that every Artisan client enjoys their experience with us, receives skilled advice and achieves exceptional results.

Appointments with our skilled clinicians are in high demand and we want to ensure we’re available to support all of our clients in achieving their skin goals. With that in mind, a valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.

Cancellation fee

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice (not including Sundays or public holidays).

If you cancel your booking 24 hours or less prior to your appointment time, or indeed fail to attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to charge a fee of $80 from the credit card supplied at the time of booking.

With regards to rescheduling an appointment within the 24 hours, wherever possible we will try to accommodate your requirements, but we do reserve the right to charge a fee of $80 from the credit card supplied at the time of booking if we are unable to fill the initial booking from our waitlist.

Booking deposit

For treatments where we are required to order in specific products, during peak periods or for certain clinicians, we may require a deposit which will be charged to your nominated credit card at the time of booking. This amount is redeemable at the time of treatment. Any cancellation of appointment with less than 48 hours will forfeit deposit paid.
