truSculpt flex is a muscle sculpting device that offers personalized treatments based on client fitness level, shape, and goals. truSculpt flex with Multi-Directional Stimulation (MDS) deploys a unique method of electrical muscle stimulation to target specific muscle groups using three treatment mode options. During a truSculpt flex treatment, electrical impulses are delivered through electrodes on the skin in direct proximity to the muscles to be stimulated. The electrical impulses are delivered in the subdermal muscular tissue area, triggering comforting and soothing muscle stimulation to achieve the intended use of strengthening, firming, and toning the muscles.

Results may be seen after the second session with maximum results visible 8-12 weeks after the last session. Treatments are spaced at least two days apart and two treatments per week are ideal.

There is no special preparation required prior to treatment.

Prior to your first treatment, our clinician will consult with you to assess your suitability for truSculpt flex and discuss any concerns or questions you may have.

As the treatment begins, you will feel a gentle contraction sensation and, as the intensity slowly increases, the muscle contraction intensifies but remains comfortable.

Anyone who:

cardiac pacemakers, defibrillators, or other implanted electronic devices
clients with known myocardial arrhythmias
clients with chronic conditions in the abdomen, gut or intestinal areas (i.e. Chron’s disease, colitis, graves’ disease)
swollen, infected or inflamed areas or skin eruptions under the treatment area
metallic implants under the treatment area
epilepsy
cancerous lesions
acute trauma or fracture
recent surgical procedures
abdominal or inguinal hernia
critical ischemia of lower limbs
blood flow deficiencies/venous thrombosis
are pregnant or trying to become pregnant

truSculpt flex is non-invasive, requires no recovery time, and you are able to immediately return to normal activities after the treatment. Post-procedure, you may notice tingling in the areas treated for up to a few hours and/or slight muscle soreness or tenderness for 24-72 hours.

Results may be achieved with as little as four treatments though additional treatments may be required to achieve desired results.. To maintain results, we recommend a healthy diet and exercise program.
