REJURAN is a skin rejuvenation treatment that utilises polynucleotide (PN), a substance derived from salmon DNA. PN is known for its regenerative properties and ability to promote skin healing and rejuvenation.
You may notice improved skin texture and a subtle glow shortly after the treatment. Over a period of 3-4 weeks, the treatment stimulates the growth of fibroblasts and collagen, giving the skin a smoother and firmer look. It can be used as a standalone treatment or in conjunction with other treatments to replace volume loss, hydrate and tighten skin and/or can also complement laser treatments or anti-wrinkle to further improve results.
A treatment typically includes three sessions of REJURAN treatments, spaced 3-4 weeks apart. For individuals with older or more damaged skin, 4-6 sessions may be necessary. After the initial series, maintenance sessions are usually suggested every 6-9 months to sustain the benefits, depending on your body’s response to the initial treatment.
Avoid blood-thinning and anti-inflammatory medication one week prior.
Advise your clinician if you:
- Are taking blood thinners
- Using recent ibuprofen
- Have had recent minor dental work (e.g. scale and clean)
- Have a long-haul flight booked within the next 7 days
- Have an auto-immune condition
- Have an allergy to fish

The procedure involves the prescribed product being injected just under the skin using very fine needles in pre-determined points. It is relatively painless and there is usually no need for topical pain relief creams prior to treatment.
