$150 Refer A Friend

EARNING POINTS

Clients earn 1 loyalty dollar for every $25 spent in clinic on any treatment or product | Loyalty points cannot be transferred to cash | Loyalty points earned will reflect the paid value, not the recommended retail price (RRP) | Loyalty points will be awarded at the time of purchase, not at the time of booking

REDEEMING POINTS

Loyalty points can be used for any treatment or product purchase, including discounted treatments and part purchase (using points + cash) | Loyalty points used to purchase discounted treatments will reflect the value at the time of use, not the RRP | Loyalty points cannot be used to purchase gift cards

GENERAL

Artisan may, from time to time, send reminders to you about redeeming your loyalty points | Except for ‘Bonus Points’, general loyalty points do not expire | Artisan Aesthetic Group reserves the right to change or remove the loyalty program at any time | Points are not transferable between clients | Please refer to our Privacy policy for more information about how we deal with your personal information

BONUS POINTS

Bonus loyalty points may be awarded from time to time, at the discretion of Artisan, during certain campaigns | Eligibility for earning bonus loyalty points will be advertised during an applicable campaign | Unlike general loyalty points, bonus loyalty points may have an expiry date and may be subject to conditions which will be advertised during an applicable campaign

The following offers (together, the “Offers”) are available to eligible clients of Artisan between 3 November 2025 and 23 December 2025 (the “Offer Period”), subject to these Terms & Conditions. To be eligible for any Offer, clients must book, receive and pay in full for an in-clinic treatment during the Offer Period.

1. Festive 3-for-2 Skin Treatments

Eligible clients may purchase three of the same packaged skin treatment (inclusive of two-and three-area treatments) from the list below for the price of two:

• Ultraceuticals facials
• Rationale facials
• Hydrafacial
• Skin Needling
• IPL Skin Treatments
• Laser Genesis
• Clear + Brilliant
• TruSculpt

Redemption requirements:

1. The first of the three treatments must occur on or before 31 January 2026.
2. All three treatments must be completed by 30 June 2026.

2. Festive $150 Refer-a-Friend

Eligible clients may earn a $150 credit when referring a new client.

Redemption requirements:

1. The referred new client must attend and pay for a treatment of at least $200 during the Offer
2. If the new client attends and pays for their first treatment on or before 31 January 2026, the referring client receives a $150 credit.
3. If the new client attends or books after 31 January 2026, the referring client will instead receive the standard $75 credit.

All credits are valid for 90 days from date of issue and exclude treatments performed by doctors.

3. Festive LED Light Therapy Offer

Eligible clients may purchase three LED Light Therapy sessions for $99.

Redemption requirements:

1. The first LED session must occur on or before 31 January 2026.
2. The remaining two sessions must be completed by 30 June 2026.

General Conditions (apply to all Offers)

• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, or discount.
• Offers cannot be purchased using loyalty points, redeemed for cash, or transferred to another person.
• All treatments are subject to clinical consultation and require suitability assessment on the day of treatment. Cosmetic injectable treatments require a medical consultation.
• If a client is deemed unsuitable for a treatment, the payment will be refunded in full. Otherwise, offers are not refundable.
• Artisan’s decision regarding all matters in relation to the Offers is final and binding.
• Artisan reserves the right to withdraw, vary, or cancel any Offer at any time before the end of the Offer Period. All redemptions made prior to such change will be honoured.

Offer includes $75 off your next treatment with Artisan | The offer is only valid for selected clients who receive a phone call, email or SMS invitation | The offer is valid with selected clinicians, and may not be redeemed against Doctor treatments unless explicitly stated | This offer may be withdrawn at any time and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer | We require you to be assessed on the day for suitability and will include a medical consultation for cosmetic injectables | Voucher is valid for 30 days if expiry is not specified in the email, SMS or phone call | Voucher is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash goods
