A tailored approach to skin cancer detection and treatment

Dr Paul brings decades of experience in detection, prevention and treatment of skin cancer to Artisan’s clients on the Gold Coast. A graduate of University of Queensland, Dr Paul spent 8 years working in various hospital surgical settings before undertaking his skin cancer training in a GP practice.  Motivated by personal experiences that drive his passion to manage skin cancer issues, Dr Paul has now worked exclusively in skin cancer medicine for 20 years, many of them on the Gold Coast.  With numerous additional qualifications obtained including Advanced Certificates and Professional Diplomas in Skin Cancer Medicine, Skin Cancer Surgery and Dermoscopy and Advanced Certificate in Aesthetic Medicine, Dr Paul brings a professional, holistic expertise to managing a broad range of skin issues. 

The key to successful treatment is early detection, diagnosis and swift action.  Dr Paul seeks to use non-invasive skin cancer treatment where possible, however possesses advanced surgical skills to manage certain complex concerns as the situation requires. He prides himself on providing comprehensive education and clear communication regarding the issues at hand and available treatment options. Patients value his thorough and considered approach.  

Dr Paul is available to support you in the prevention, early detection and effective treatment of skin cancer at Artisan Robina from 9th December 2024.  

Private Billing Fees

Dr Ferguson offers privately billed consultations priced at $180. Medicare rebates from $41.40 are available for eligible patients. Additional fees apply for certain procedures, including a theatre fee.
