Local Area Partnerships

Referral program terms: Referrer receives $75 off treatment when they refer a new client to Artisan. Referred client also receives $75 off their first treatment at Artisan Aesthetic Clinics. The $75 offer applies to treatment only and excludes products. The referred client must be new to Artisan for the offer to be valid. The $75 offer cannot be refunded or converted to cash. The referrer's $75 offer is redeemable only after the referred client completes a paid treatment. There is no limit on the number of new client referrals and $75 offers. The $75 offer can be used on discounted treatments or special offers, unless expressly excluded. The offer value may change at Artisan Aesthetic Clinics' discretion. All treatments are subject to clinical consultation and suitability assessment. The $75 off applies to a single visit only (not multiple visits). The referrer must redeem $75 within three months of the client's treatment. No minimum spend is required.

Referrer Terms and Conditions: The $75 offer for the referrer must be redeemed within three months of the referred client's treatment. No minimum spend is required to redeem the $75 offer. The $75 offer can be used on discounted treatments or special offers, unless explicitly excluded. These terms and conditions are to be communicated to the referrer, when they are informed about the referral program and are available in writing online.

Loyalty Program

EARNING POINTS

Clients earn 1 loyalty dollar for every $25 spent in clinic on any treatment or product | Loyalty points cannot be transferred to cash | Loyalty points earned will reflect the paid value, not the recommended retail price (RRP) | Loyalty points will be awarded at the time of purchase, not at the time of booking

REDEEMING POINTS

Loyalty points can be used for any treatment or product purchase, including discounted treatments and part purchase (using points + cash) | Loyalty points used to purchase discounted treatments will reflect the value at the time of use, not the RRP | Loyalty points cannot be used to purchase gift cards

GENERAL

BONUS POINTS

Mother’s Day Gift Card Bonus Offer

*T&C – Available for purchase from 14/04/25 until 11/05/25. Minimum spend of $200 is required to earn a bonus voucher. The amount of the bonus voucher acquired is determined by the amount spent. See this table for reference. Bonus voucher will be awarded to the recipient of the Artisan Gift Card and is not transferable to another person. Bonus voucher awarded to the recipient is valid for 90 days only from the date of issue. Bonus voucher will be added within 7 days to the recipient’s account, and may not be used on the same day as the Artisan Gift Card purchase. Skin Tightening Offer 2025

The Offer is available from 1 May 2025 and will expire at 11:59pm on 30 June 2025 (“Expiry Date”) with treatment completed by 31 July 2025. No substitutions or adjustments to the treatment area are permitted under this offer. The Offer is not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. Loyalty points can be redeemed on The Offer, otherwise no other offer or promotion and can be used. The treatment is subject to clinical suitability and if deemed unsuitable on the day by an Artisan clinician, a full refund will be provided. Artisan Aesthetic Clinics reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer prior to redemption.

ThermageFLX Skin Tightening: Full Face at Half Face Pricing

The ThermageFLX Skin Tightening Full Face at Half Face pricing provides one (1) full face treatment at the equivalent price of a half face treatment (“The Offer”). The promotional price is $2,300, representing a total saving of $500 (18% off RRP).

Ultraformer Skin Tightening: Eyes Package

The Ultraformer Skin Tightening: Eyes package includes three (3) visits, each comprising one (1) Ultraformer (UF) spot treatment and one (1) LED add-on, and on the first visit, clients will also receive one (1) Rationale eye cream (“The Offer”). The promotional price is $1,499, representing a total saving of $346 (19% off RRP).

Ultraformer Skin Tightening: Forehead, Eyes & Mouth, 3-for-2 Offer

The Ultraformer Skin Tightening: Forehead, Eyes & Mouth, 3-for-2 offer includes three (3) visits, each comprising Ultraformer treatment to the forehead, eye and mouth areas. The promotional price is $1,198, representing a total saving of $599 (33% off RRP).

Complimentary Ultraceuticals Offer

Offer available to selected clients only. The offer includes an Ultraceuticals Ultra B² Hydrating Serum 30mL, worth $130 and is available at the end of the completed appointment with a cosmetic nurse on a while stocks last basis. Available with selected clinicians only. Appointment must be booked and completed by 30 April 2025.

Black Friday

Black Friday Buy 2, Get 1 Free Skin Offers are available on Hydrafacial, Skin Needling, IPL, LED, Clear+Brilliant, Laser Genesis, BBL, Ultraceutical and Rationale Facials, truSculpt (on Submentum only), truFlex, tattoo removal (“Buy 2, Get 1 Free Treatments”) and must be pre-purchased at the time of booking (the “Offer”).
