Referral program terms: Referrer receives $75 off treatment when they refer a new client to Artisan. Referred client also receives $75 off their first treatment at Artisan Aesthetic Clinics. The $75 offer applies to treatment only and excludes products. The referred client must be new to Artisan for the offer to be valid. The $75 offer cannot be refunded or converted to cash. The referrer's $75 offer is redeemable only after the referred client completes a paid treatment. There is no limit on the number of new client referrals and $75 offers. The $75 offer can be used on discounted treatments or special offers, unless expressly excluded. The offer value may change at Artisan Aesthetic Clinics' discretion. All treatments are subject to clinical consultation and suitability assessment. The $75 off applies to a single visit only (not multiple visits). Referrer Terms and Conditions: The $75 offer for the referrer must be redeemed within three months of the referred client's treatment. No minimum spend is required to redeem the $75 offer. These terms and conditions are to be communicated to the referrer, when they are informed about the referral program and are available in writing online.

Gift Cards

Loyalty Program

EARNING POINTS

Clients earn 1 loyalty dollar for every $25 spent in clinic on any treatment or product | Loyalty points cannot be transferred to cash | Loyalty points earned will reflect the paid value, not the recommended retail price (RRP) | Loyalty points will be awarded at the time of purchase, not at the time of booking

REDEEMING POINTS

Loyalty points can be used for any treatment or product purchase, including discounted treatments and part purchase (using points + cash) | Loyalty points used to purchase discounted treatments will reflect the value at the time of use, not the RRP | Loyalty points cannot be used to purchase gift cards

GENERAL

BONUS POINTS

12 Days of Christmas Complimentary LED Offer

Limited Time Offer From 12 December 2024 to 31 January 2025, clients who entered our 12 Days of Christmas giveaway can enjoy a complimentary LED treatment, subject to the following terms and conditions. To be eligible for the complimentary LED treatment, clients must: Book and complete a paid treatment at Artisan Clinics between 12 December 2024 and 31 January 2025, and present the Instagram offer via direct message when booking or attending their appointment. Black Friday Buy 2, Get 1 Free Skin Offers are available on Hydrafacial, Skin Needling, IPL, LED, Clear+Brilliant, Laser Genesis, BBL, Ultraceutical and Rationale Facials, truSculpt (on Submentum only), truFlex, tattoo removal (“Buy 2, Get 1 Free Treatments”) and must be pre-purchased at the time of booking (the “Offer”). Black Friday Skin Tightening

Thermage FLX Offer

Book and receive a full face Thermage for the price of a half face Thermage ($2,300) [the “Offer”]. The client must purchase the treatment between 1 November 2024 and 2 December 2024 (the “Promotion Period”) and undergo the treatment between 1 November 2024 and 28 February 2025.
