This offer cannot be refunded, transferred to cash or combined with any other promotions or discounts. All treatments provided at Artisan Aesthetic Clinics are subject to clinical consultation and suitability will be assessed on the day of the appointment. EARNING POINTS

Clients earn 1 loyalty dollar for every $25 spent in clinic on any treatment or product | Loyalty points cannot be transferred to cash | Loyalty points earned will reflect the paid value, not the recommended retail price (RRP) | Loyalty points will be awarded at the time of purchase, not at the time of booking

REDEEMING POINTS

Loyalty points can be used for any treatment or product purchase, including discounted treatments and part purchase (using points + cash) | Loyalty points used to purchase discounted treatments will reflect the value at the time of use, not the RRP | Loyalty points cannot be used to purchase gift cards

GENERAL

BONUS POINTS

Bonus loyalty points may be awarded from time to time, at the discretion of Artisan, during certain campaigns | Eligibility for earning bonus loyalty points will be advertised during an applicable campaign | Unlike general loyalty points, bonus loyalty points may have an expiry date and may be subject to conditions which will be advertised during an applicable campaign

Limited Time Offer From 12 December 2024 to 31 January 2025, clients who entered our 12 Days of Christmas giveaway can enjoy a complimentary LED treatment, subject to the following terms and conditions. To be eligible for the complimentary LED treatment, clients must: Book and complete a paid treatment at Artisan Clinics between 12 December 2024 and 31 January 2025, and present the Instagram offer via direct message when booking or attending their appointment. The complimentary LED treatment: must be used during the same visit as the booked treatment or by 31 January 2025, cannot be redeemed without another paid treatment included on the same invoice. This offer applies to one complimentary LED treatment per client. The complimentary LED treatment cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for cash. All treatments provided at Artisan Clinics are subject to a clinical consultation, and eligibility for all treatments, including the LED treatment, will be assessed on the day. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other complimentary offer or discount unless expressly stated. Artisan Clinics reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend this offer at any time without prior notice; however, all bookings made and confirmed before such changes will be honoured. Artisan’s decision in relation to all matters regarding this offer is final and binding.

Black Friday Buy 2, Get 1 Free Skin Offers are available on Hydrafacial, Skin Needling, IPL, LED, Clear+Brilliant, Laser Genesis, BBL, Ultraceutical and Rationale Facials, truSculpt (on Submentum only), truFlex, tattoo removal (“Buy 2, Get 1 Free Treatments”) and must be pre-purchased at the time of booking (the “Offer”). The Offer excludes Fraxel, Ultraformer, Thermage, Sublime, Sublative and Halo Laser. The Offer is available until and will expire at 11:59pm on 2 December 2024 (“Expiry Date”). ​

TO REDEEM THE OFFER:

A Buy 2, Get 1 Free Treatment must be booked and paid in full before 11:59pm on 2 December 2024; the first of three treatments must be scheduled to be performed before 2 February 2025; and the three treatments must be redeemed before 2 June 2025). The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, purchased using loyalty points or transferred to cash. Artisan reserves the right to withdraw the Offer at any time before the Expiry Date, however all Offers redeemed prior to the date of any such withdrawal will be honoured. Thermage FLX Offer

Book and receive a full face Thermage for the price of a half face Thermage ($2,300) [the “Offer”]. The client must purchase the treatment between 1 November 2024 and 2 December 2024 (the “Promotion Period”) and undergo the treatment between 1 November 2024 and 28 February 2025. The offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Any treatment booked is subject to a clinical consultation and requires the client to be clinically assessed on the day for suitability. Artisan’s decision in relation to all matters about the Offer is final and binding. ​Artisan reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the Offer at any time before the end of the Promotion Period; however Artisan will honour all Offers redeemed prior to the date of any such withdrawal, cancelation or variation. ​This offer is not available at Artisan Cairns.

Ultraformer Offer

Book and receive a full face Ultraformer and receive 20% off (was $2,250, now $1,800) [the “Offer”]. The client must purchase the treatment between 1 November 2024 and 2 December 2024 (the “Promotion Period”) and undergo the treatment between 1 November 2024 and 28 February 2025. The offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Any treatment booked is subject to a clinical consultation and requires the client to be clinically assessed on the day for suitability. ​ Artisan’s decision in relation to all matters about the Offer is final and binding. ​ Artisan reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the Offer at any time before the end of the Promotion Period; however Artisan will honour all Offers redeemed prior to the date of any such withdrawal, cancelation or variation.

The (“3-for-$100 LED Treatments”) must be pre-purchased at the time of booking (the “Offer”). The Offer is available for purchase until and will expire at 11:59pm on 22 September 2024 (“Expiry Date”). 3-for-$100 LED package must be paid for in full before 11:59pm on 22 September 2024. The three treatments must be redeemed by 31 January 2025, else any remaining credit will be forfeited. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, purchased using loyalty points or transferred to cash. Artisan reserves the right to withdraw the Offer at any time before the Expiry Date, however all Offers redeemed prior to the date of any such withdrawal will be honoured. The client must purchase and undergo the nominated treatment/s between 1 July 2024 and 30 September 2024 (the “Promotion Period”). The bonus loyalty points awarded will be equal to and in addition to the standard loyalty points awarded for the treatment/s. The bonus loyalty points will expire 180 days after the issuing date. In the event that the client receives a refund for the nominated treatment/s, any loyalty points earned for the treatment (including bonus loyalty points) automatically become void. Any treatment booked is subject to a clinical consultation and requires the client to be clinically assessed on the day for suitability. Artisan’s decision in relation to all matters about the Offer is final and binding. Artisan reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the Offer at any time before the end of the Promotion Period; however Artisan will honour all Offers redeemed prior to the date of any such withdrawal, cancellation or variation.
